Name(s) of persons that the season passes are for.
Type(s) of season pass required (Adult/Student/Child).
Postal address where the passes can be sent.
Pre-ordered passes can also be collected from the Tukino Skifield ticket office.
Payment method to be used to pay for the passes (Cheque or Direct Credit).
