We would like to thank the Huckleberry's Sports and Charitable Society Inc. for their generous grant enabling us to purchase six new BCA DTS Tracker avalanche transceivers for use by the Tukino (Volunteer) Ski Patrollers on the Tukino Skifield.
This grant will enable us to upgrade our old avalanche transceivers which are over 10 years old, with new digital transceivers capable of simpler and faster searches during any avalanche rescue operations.
